Biometric Data Notice

This notice describes how Seoul Studio AI handles biometric information, in line with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and similar US state laws.

What "biometric data" means here

When you upload a selfie, our AI generation provider extracts a short-lived facial feature representation in order to produce your portraits. That representation is sent over an encrypted channel and is not stored beyond the lifetime of the generation request.

What we keep, and for how long

• Your selfies — auto-deleted after 7 days.
• Generated photos — kept in your account until you delete them.
• Facial features — never persisted by us; processed ephemerally by our AI provider.

Your consent

Before you upload, you check explicit boxes confirming you understand and consent to this processing. We log the consent timestamp, IP, and user agent.

Withdraw consent / delete data

Visit My photos → Delete my data for a one-click wipe of everything we hold, or email privacy@seoulstudio.ai.
