Terms of Service

1. What Seoul Studio AI does

Seoul Studio AI generates Korean-studio-style portraits from selfies you upload. We charge one-time fees per photo pack — no subscriptions, no recurring billing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Seoul Studio. If you are under 18, please ensure you have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the selfies you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process those images to produce your photo pack. We don't use your selfies to train models without explicit consent.

4. Refunds

If a generation fails on our end, we refund automatically. Generation outcomes that complete successfully are non-refundable. Reach out at support@seoulstudio.ai if your situation is unusual.

5. Liability

Seoul Studio AI is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
